RoboCop infiltrates Cybexs base of operation but is ambushed by his own cyborg creations in the form of a mechanized gorilla and a smaller monkey; Cybex studies the captured RoboCop, learning what he can to build his own loyal army of cyborgs; With Nixcos president being one of the men whose dreams were stolen from the Dreamerama, Nixco sends an assassin (the kidnapped criminal witness from issue two, now under mind control) to take out Cybex.
